These organisations offer resources, helplines, and services that can help parents understand and support their child’s mental health, whether the need is for immediate guidance or ongoing support.

Organisations offering support for adults experiencing abuse, providing a range of services from confidential helplines to resources and guidance:

1. National Domestic Abuse Helpline (run by Refuge)

    • This free helpline provides confidential support for anyone experiencing domestic abuse. Refuge also offers advice, guidance, and safe refuge spaces across the UK.

2. Women’s Aid

    • Women’s Aid offers support services and resources for women experiencing domestic violence, including local services, an online chat, and information on safety planning and legal options.

3. Victim Support
